All sales are final. Plans can not be returned once an order has been placed and plans have been sent. Please ask for assistance if needed before purchase.

Copyright Information
Plans purchased from RNelson Design & Drafting are meant for building once (Unless otherwise stated). Plans (whether in PDF form, electronic CAD drawing format, or otherwise) cannot be copied, transferred, or used for editing and multiple constructing means. Only the original purchaser has the right to build one home from the plans purchased. Customers may purchase plans for a builder to build a home for the customer. Purchasers may not display, load or submit any portion of the actual blueprints to any other online platform without the express written consent of RNelson Design & Drafting.

It is illegal to have plans drawn based on the designs depicted on RNelson Design & Drafting or in any other media presented without having first purchased the plans.

Architectural/Engineering Seals & Building Codes
Plans are not stamped by a structural engineer or registered architect, unless purchased and agreed upon with contact and customization by us. Because of local requirements, i.e.: seismic conditions, soil conditions, snow loads and other specific circumstances, we encourage you to consult with an engineer or architect familiar with conditions in your area prior to building. Local building codes may require that the plans be reviewed and/or modified to comply with their specific requirements. Please contact your local building department before purchasing to build.

Proprietary Rights to Content
RNelson Design and Drafting products and services are protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty Provisions. You may not modify, duplicate in any form, rent, lease, loan, distribute or create derivative works based on information provided in whole or in part. Any reproductions or modifications by means now known or hereafter invented, without the express written consent of RNelson Design and Drafting is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
By purchasing Plans you are granted the right to build that home one time (Unless otherwise stated).
Only the original purchaser has the right to build one home from the plans purchased, you may not rent, lease, loan, give, transfer or sell the plans. A client may purchase plans for a builder to build a home for the client.
Because it is illegal to create derivative works without having purchased the right to do so, even if you are planning on making extensive changes to the design, copyright laws require you to purchase a copy of the plans.

User’s Account Obligations
In consideration of your use of the site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the form for your account information and (b) maintain and promptly update the account information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Sites.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The information, plans and specifications contained in these documents is provided "as is" without warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. RNelson Design and Drafting assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in these pages or other documents which are referenced by or linked to these web pages.
References to corporations, services and products, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall RNelson Design and Drafting be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibilities of damage, and on any theory of liability arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information.
Documents purchased could include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. RNelson Design and Drafting assumes no liability for errors or omissions in these documents and reserves the right to make changes at any time.
Waiver of Jury Trial
YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED THROUGH THE SITES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RNelson Design and Drafting and its officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, employees, third-party information providers, licensors, contractors and others involved in the Sites or the delivery of products, services or information over the Sites, from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any violation by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use (including without limitation the Privacy Policy), your use of any Site or any products, services or information obtained from or through the Sites, your submission of any User Content, your connection to the Sites, or your violation of any rights of another.
