Your living floor plans are complete. But what about the basement?
The snapshots below are a good example of what can be done with a portion of a large basement. Most all basements can be used in daily living. It's nothing new. We've been doing it for decades. Old basements or newly constructed. Here's one example captured during design.

The Unfinished Basement Plan
An unused basement can be a large space, but fully usable for more than storage and mechanicals. Even a space with few windows as shown here has a lot of potential.
The Finished Basement Design
The client asked for roughly one-half of the unfinished basement be used for possible living space. But with only one window what could be done?
Any bedroom added needs a window by code, and thankfully no other bedroom was needed. What they did want was this: A recreation room with a large screen TV, a bar with sink and cabinets, an office space and a bathroom.

The Design in Renderings

View two - towards the television space.
